Mark Rothko struggles in between art value and commercialize.

Finally, he keeps his holy art value and gives up ‘fame’.

If we were Mark Rothko, how would we choose our value of being existent?

Design Concept

​

My design concept is inspired by the tangled inner world of Mark Rothko.

I utilize a chaos space, which is a mix of the space of Mark Rothko’s studio and restaurant,

to highlight their disagreement in art value.

Also, allow the audience to gain the courage to reflect on themselves.
